infrastructure from a practical aspect o being in practice. Environment as
a subject needs to be made into a movement, a movement comparable to IT.

of extensive office space, we need to develop the brown field areas rather
than encroach on green areas surrounding developed areas.

8. The issue of carbon credits is a misnomer. It is a social problem. This
